Finck & Perras gives to the community

Genevieve Brough, president of Finck & Perras Insurance Agency Inc., recently announced that the firm invested roughly $40,000 in the wider community through sponsorships and donations to nonprofits in 2017. Finck & Perras is intentional in supporting organizations that have a mission to improve the lives of children and people with disabilities.

Organizations the company supported include Riverside Industries in Easthampton; the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts and Pathlight, both in Springfield; TedXEasthamptonWomen; Link to Libraries, and the Children’s Advocacy Center of Hampshire County; The Academy of Music Theatre, Safe Passage, the Northampton Family Fourth Celebration, Nonotuck Community School, Inc., and Cooley Dickinson Health Care, all in Northampton; and Look Memorial Park, Florence.

Employees are encouraged to participate in community activism and fundraising.

They have supported the United Way of Hampshire County for 19 years.
