Genevieve Brough

Genevieve “Gen” Brough is the President and Owner of Finck & Perras Insurance Agency, Inc., bringing more than 30 years of insurance industry experience and a lifelong commitment to serving the Pioneer Valley community. Gen began her career in 1994 as a Customer Service Representative with Gifford & Perras Insurance Agency in Easthampton, Massachusetts. Through dedication, leadership, and a deep understanding of client needs, she was promoted to Office Manager in 1997, where she oversaw accounting, human resources, operations, and information technology while continuing to focus on sales and service.

In 2004, Gen became a partner in Finck & Perras, and in 2015 she purchased the agency from the remaining partners, becoming its sole owner. Under her leadership, the agency has continued its long-standing tradition of delivering personalized insurance solutions while maintaining strong ties to the local community.

Known for her hands-on approach, community involvement, and commitment to exceptional client service, Gen continues to lead Finck & Perras with the same values that have guided her career for more than three decades: integrity, accessibility, and a genuine dedication to helping people protect what matters most.
