Our Marine Division Manager Captain Paul Nowak passion is the open water. A Licensed Master, Advanced Open Water Diver, and avid sport fishing enthusiast, Paul has been insuring marinas and all types of boats, including sailing yachts, sport fishing yachts, charter vessels, bass boats, ski boats, and pleasure powerboats, for more than 25 years.

Paul's experience includes 10 years of marina employment, including rigging, repair and sales, which provided him the understanding of the marine industry and its unique exposure to risk.

Paul also served as the President of the Massachusetts Marine Trades Association, allowing him to provide back to the industry with legislative involvement as well as actively involved with the Connecticut River Chanel Marker Committee, providing safe navigation for vessels in the river.
